Are you a compassionate and dependable healthcare professional with a passion for delivering outstanding care? We’re looking for dedicated Complex Healthcare Assistants to support clients with advanced care needs in the comfort of their own homes.
💡 What You'll Be Doing:

Providing personalised care in line with individual care plans

Assisting with complex medical conditions and specialist equipment

Monitoring health and reporting any changes to the clinical team

Working closely with families and clinical leads to ensure continuity of care

Keeping accurate records and maintaining high standards of care
✅ What You’ll Need:

At least 6 months of hands-on experience in a healthcare setting (essential)

A proactive, self-sufficient approach with excellent communication skills

Ventilation care experience (desirable but not essential)

A valid UK driving licence (preferred)
