A fresh new look and a joy to use
One of our top priorities was to create a website that was incredibly quick and easy to use. Whoever is using the site, and for whatever purpose, should be able to find what they’re looking for within just a couple of clicks. Finding work can be time-consuming enough, so we’re aiming to save you time and pain by making it as simple as possible.
Another key goal we had for the new site was for it to work just as well on mobile devices as it does on a desktop. Lots of time and effort has been dedicated to perfecting how the site works on mobile and we think this has been achieved brilliantly. Do everything you need on the go, without having to go back to a PC later.
We also wanted a website that reflects who we are as a business – innovative, modern and professional. That’s why we’ve added subtle yet effective animations and illustrations into the website design.
Registering has never been easier
A redesigned job board and application process means candidates can register with us and apply for jobs with ease. Whether you want to register online, call a consultant, request a call back, or refer a friend, it’s all in your control.
A new feature we’re really excited about is the ‘Design your job’. You tell us exactly what area of healthcare you want to work in, give us a location and your pay requirements, and we’ll match you to your ideal role.

After consulting with our in-house compliance experts, we’ve produced the ultimate candidate guidance area. You can easily search through our collection of articles and guides to quickly find the answers to any questions you have. Training, tax, payslips; we’ve got everything covered.
Equally, for existing and new clients our approach and policies are clearly detailed. Confidence in your supplier is massive in healthcare recruitment, so we try and be as clear and transparent as possible.
