Mayday Healthcare are seeking the best nurses to become the first to join us as Clinical Brand Ambassadors. This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious nurses with a focus on career development. If you’re looking for a role that’s a little different, this could be the ideal position for you.

What are Clinical Brand Ambassadors?

Our Clinical Brand Ambassadors will be responsible for representing the Mayday brand in a range of hospital settings; they are the face of the Mayday brand to our clients and to other nurses on the ward. We want our Brand Ambassadors to be an example of the type of candidates we employ at Mayday, so carrying out duties to a high standard and with integrity will be essential.

Responsibilities outside the ward

In addition to working as a nurse on the ward, our Brand Ambassadors will have a range of other activities to get stuck into. From generating brand awareness among other nurses, to joining us for nursing events and helping our media team create content that is accurate and helpful to our workforce. This role really offers an entirely new aspect to a typical nursing job and would suit someone with a good commercial mind and who wants to explore a different side of the industry.

Best of both worlds

Our Clinical Brand Ambassadors will get the best of both worlds. You will have the security of a highly competitive annual salary, whilst still enjoying the flexibility of agency employment. You will be required to work three shifts per week (overtime available on request) in addition to other duties.

Brand Ambassadors will take home a salary of £34,00 - £41,000, with the potential to earn up to £56,000 if you hit targets. We are confident that no other role available today offers such an opportunity to work flexibly and develop your own skill set whilst taking home a great salary.

What you need to apply

Clinical Brand Ambassadors must have been registered with the NMC for at least one year, and have prior experience working within a clinical environment. Excellent references and a varied employment history will be beneficial, as will any other non-clinical work experience.

If you would like to find out more about the role, please apply for the position on our website here. A member of our team will be in touch right away to discuss the position and answer any of your questions.
