Mandatory Training

At Mayday Healthcare, our Statutory Training is aligned with Skills for Health, meaning that you will remain complaint with your Agency or Trust for one more year.

Contents of the course

Contributes 7 hours to CPD.

Mandatory training contains:

• Child protection
• Clinical record-keeping
• Complaints handling
• Conflict resolution (managing violence and aggression)
• Consent
• Display and screen equipment
• Equality awareness and eliminating bullying and harassment
• Incident reporting
• Hand hygiene
• Hazardous substances
• Infection prevention and control
• Information governance
• Mental capacity and safeguarding adults
• Patient slips, trips, and falls
• Personal protective equipment
• BLS
• Raising concerns and whistleblowing.
