You will be working within a busy A&E department so it is essential that you have had at least 12 months previous experience within a similar environment within the UK and are confident that you can hit the ground running.
You should have an excellent working knowledge of A&E departments as well as being hard working and resilient. You must also have full NMC registration. Good communication and organisation skills would also be highly beneficial.
